What goes in Factory details?
Factory details hold your factory's name and address, your wastage tolerance and your overhead percentage.
In India they also hold your GSTIN and your challan book with its next number, which print on delivery challans. Under More you can also choose a Light, Dark or System appearance.
How do the subscription and the access date work?
The access date is the day your factory stays fully open until. The owner sees it under More, Subscription.
The free trial runs 30 days from signup, and the access date shows the exact day. The owner pays and cancels on the Kamna website, never inside the app. Prices are on the pricing section, and payment terms are in the Payment and Refund Policy.
What happens after the access date?
After the access date, new styles, lots, fabric runs and dispatches wait until the owner pays, and nothing is deleted.
Receiving from vendors, closing lots, cutting, counts, edits and every screen keep working. Paying reopens everything at once.
How do I export my data from Kamna?
Export sits on the screen it belongs to: Production exports lots and stages, and Stock exports yarn, fabric and trims.
The files are spreadsheets your accountant can import. Every fabric quantity carries a unit column beside it.
How do I connect another program to Kamna?
The owner creates a token under More, Connections, and gives it to the program that should read the factory.
Kamna shows a token once, so copy it then. A token reads everything, costs included, and cannot change anything. A factory can hold up to 10 tokens, and each shows when it was last used. Revoke cuts a token off within a minute. Developers find the endpoints in the API reference.
How do I get help or send feedback?
Ask on Home answers questions on how to use Kamna, and Help and feedback in More sends a message to our team.
Mark the message as a bug, a feature, a question or other, and the reply comes to your email. Help and feedback is also where you change your email. You can write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I delete my Kamna account?
The owner deletes the account from the bottom of More, by typing the factory name to confirm.
