No. An ERP tries to run every department of a company in one system. Kamna goes deep on one job, the margin on each lot, and leaves selling, billing and bookkeeping to your accounting software. Why Kamna is not an ERP.

Yes. Kamna runs in any browser and from both app stores, anywhere. Outside India it costs US$99 a month. It works in English, and every amount shows in your factory's own currency.

Sign up at kamna.app with your factory's name and a mobile number, then an email address, or Google or Apple. The owner never sets a password. Accounts are made on the website, not inside the app. More in the user guide.

You can enter your first lot on the day you sign up. Nothing needs filling in first: a vendor is typed the first time work goes to him, and Kamna remembers him after that. More in the user guide.

Yes, on request: there is no import button, so our team brings your records in for you. Most factories do better starting fresh, because errors in old records carry into every report. If yours are clean, write to support@kamna.app.

Kamna is made for staff who have never used production software. Each entry has fixed steps and short forms, and Ask explains any entry in plain words. Staff who use WhatsApp can use Kamna. More in the user guide.

Yes, with the same factory on both. Use kamna.app in a laptop browser, and the app or the installed website on a phone. More in the user guide.

A lot is one garment production run, from cutting to packing, and it is what a buyer calls an order. Each lot carries its sizes, colours, cutting, stages and costs. Every lot begins with a plan, which can be left blank: Start production makes the lot, and Save plan keeps it under Planned on Production to start later. More in the user guide.

Garment stages are Fusing, Printing, Stitching, Button, Ironing, Packing and any stage you name. Fabric runs add Knitting, Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing and other processing stages. Each stage records pieces or quantity sent and received, the vendor, the bill and the rate. More in the user guide.

It adds the fabric consumed at cutting with your wastage tolerance, fabric sent with a stage and the end bits at the fabric's rate, the cutting payouts, every stage bill, the trims issued and any other costs you add. Then it divides by first quality pieces. Your overhead percentage on top gives the final cost. More in the user guide.

Yes. Stock holds yarn, fabric and trims, received in bulk and drawn by lots and fabric runs. Stock is what was received minus what was used, and a stock check records the difference from what is on the shelf. A plan blocks the stock it needs, and when a material is short it raises a purchase request to a supplier, in quantities only. More in the user guide.

Yes, for entries. Receipts, cutting, pieces sent and received, and bills save on the device and send when the connection returns. Creating a lot or a fabric run, closing a lot and Ask need a connection. More in the user guide.

Ask anything about your own entries in plain words: what lot 52 cost a piece, which vendor is holding most of your pieces, how a vendor's rate compares with his own record. Ask also explains how to make an entry. Each factory can ask 30 questions a day and 300 a month. More in the user guide.

Yes. Anyone with a Kamna login can connect their own AI assistant to Kamna by signing in and tapping Allow, and the assistant works only within what that person may see. How it works, in the user guide.

Findings are the few money matters Kamna spots in your entries, such as a lot past the date you gave its vendor. Each names the lot and vendor behind it and shows its evidence. Answer each with Acted on or Ignore, and Ignore asks why. An answer takes the finding off Home. More in the user guide.

No. Kamna ends at the closed lot. It hands your store the pieces, counted and costed, and invoices, tax bills and payments stay in your accounting software. More in the user guide.

No. Staff type rates and bills, but cost per piece, margin, stock value and vendor value are shown to the owner alone. More in the user guide.

Every factory's records are stored separately from all others, and they are encrypted both on the way and where they are kept. The owner signs in without a password, and staff logins can be removed by the owner at any time. Ask and connected assistants see only what the person using them is allowed to see. Privacy Policy.

Yes, whenever you like. Lots and stages export from Production, and yarn, fabric and trims from Stock, as spreadsheet files. The same data can be read through the Kamna API. More in the user guide.

Yes, if the owner allows it. The owner creates a token in Admin, Connections, on the Software tab, choosing whether it only reads or can also add and change entries, and can revoke it at any time. Deleting records and closing a lot are done only in Kamna. More in the user guide.

Your data stays. After a missed payment the factory stays fully open for 7 days. After that, new styles, lots, fabric runs and dispatches wait until you pay. Receiving, cutting, counting, closing and editing all carry on. More in the user guide.

One plan with everything included. In India it is Rs 9,999 a month plus GST. Elsewhere it is US$99 a month, with no Indian GST. There are no tiers and no charge per user. See pricing.

Yes. Each new factory gets the full product free for 30 days. There is no plan to choose and nothing to pay when you sign up.

The owner plus up to 5 staff logins, at no extra charge. More in the user guide.

The owner cancels on the Kamna checkout page whenever they like, with no fee. Kamna stays fully open to the end of the paid month plus 7 days. Payment and Refund Policy.
