Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service between K N Industries, GSTIN 33AFBPJ8394L1Z2, of 31/17, 1st Street, JG Nagar, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641602, India ("we", "us" or "our"), and its customers for Kamna (the "Service"). Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

1. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided by subscription, billed in advance for each billing period. The price, currency and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled. Each payment covers one billing period, and we do not pro-rate.

2. Free Trials

A free trial, where offered, is provided on the terms shown at sign-up. No payment is taken during a free trial.

3. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of taxes, which are charged as the law requires. Customers outside India are responsible for any taxes imposed by their own country.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service providers, using the methods offered at checkout. If a payment fails, it may be retried. If it remains unpaid, the subscription ends and no further charges are made.

5. Cancellation

The account owner may cancel the subscription at any time from within the Service, without any fee. Cancellation stops all future charges, and the subscription remains in effect until the end of the billing period already paid for.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for any unused part of a billing period.

We refund in full any charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge, a charge made after a cancellation took effect, or a charge of an incorrect amount. To request a refund, write to support@kamna.app with the payment details. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of our confirming the error. We are not responsible for exchange differences or charges applied by your bank.

7. Price Stability

Your subscription price stays the same for 24 months of continuous paid subscription, whatever changes we make to our prices during that time. If your subscription ends, a new subscription starts at the price then in effect, with its own 24 months.

Taxes are charged at the rates applicable on the date of each payment. No change to your price applies without advance notice to you.
