How billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Kamna.

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Kamna (kamna.app), a product of K N Industries, GSTIN 33AFBPJ8394L1Z2, registered at 31/17, 1st Street, JG Nagar, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641602.
This policy is published in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please read it before subscribing to any paid plan.
Plans and Pricing
Kamna offers three subscription plans.
Free
Rs.0 per month. Limited to 3 active lots. No payment required.
Unit
Rs.479 per month, or Rs.4,790 per year. Unlimited lots.
Factory
Rs.1,199 per month, or Rs.11,990 per year. Unlimited lots, includes Intelligence.
All paid plan prices are exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate (currently 18%) will be added to every payment.
Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose at the time of subscription. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically on the same date each month or year.
Before each renewal, you will receive a notification at least 24 hours in advance, as required by the Reserve Bank of India's guidelines on recurring digital payments. This notification will include the amount to be charged, the date of the charge, and instructions to opt out if you choose to.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is retained and accessible under Free plan limits.
To cancel, email [email protected] or use the Help and Support section inside the app. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, with one exception.
If you are on an annual plan (Unit Annual or Factory Annual), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription start date. To be eligible, the refund request must be received at [email protected] or through the Help and Support section inside the app within this 14-day window. Refunds requested after 14 days from the subscription start date will not be processed.
Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your paid billing period.
Refunds will not be issued if your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
The Free plan involves no payment and is not eligible for any refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount includes the base subscription amount plus the GST collected on that payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date we approve the refund. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected] or through the Help and Support section inside the app with your transaction details.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through our payment gateway. Kamna does not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on its servers.
For recurring payments, your payment method is tokenised in accordance with RBI guidelines. You may cancel or modify your payment mandate at any time through your bank or payment provider.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
When you upgrade, you are charged the full price of the new plan and a new billing cycle begins from the date of the upgrade.
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
Service Availability
Kamna is a cloud-based software service. While we aim for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints related to payments, refunds, or the service.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
