Yes, on request. There is no import button: Kamna's team brings them in for you. Starting fresh is usually better, because whatever is wrong in old records becomes wrong in your reports, and you would never know which numbers were real. The app is built for staff who have never used production software before. Fixed steps, simple forms, no typing long descriptions. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Kamna.

Both, with the same factory on each. On a laptop, sign in at kamna.app in the browser. On a phone, get the app from either store or install it from the browser. Entries save offline and send when the connection returns; creating or closing a lot needs one.

Only you. Staff enter what happened, rates and bills included, but never see what it adds up to: cost per piece, margin, stock value and money at vendors are the owner's alone.

Yes, at any time. Your lots, stages, bills and every yarn, fabric and trims purchase export as spreadsheet files, and the same data can be read through the Kamna API. Your entries are yours.

Nothing is deleted. If a payment stops, your factory stays fully open for 7 more days. After that you can still open, export and read everything, and new entries wait until you pay again.

From what the lot actually used, divided by the first-quality pieces it gave: the fabric weighed at cutting at its rate, the cutting payouts, every vendor's bill, the trims issued, and any other cost you add, such as sampling or transport. The wastage and overhead allowances are the ones you set.

Each morning, the findings worth money reach your phone, starting with any lot past the date you gave its vendor. Each finding names the lot and the vendor behind it. A quiet day is stated as a quiet day.

Yes. Ask your factory in plain words, such as what lot 47 cost a piece, which vendor holds the most pieces, or how a vendor's rate and turnaround compare with his own record. It answers from your own entries. Staff can ask how to enter something; costs stay with the owner.

No. Kamna stops at the closed lot: no invoices, no payments, no ledgers. The closed lot hands your store its pieces, counted and costed by size and colour, and billing stays where billing lives.

Yes, through the export. Every lot, stage, bill and purchase leaves Kamna as a spreadsheet file your accountant imports into his accounting software. Nothing is installed on your office computer.

Yes. Every factory gets the whole product free for 30 days, with no plan to choose and nothing to pay at signup.
