This Privacy Policy describes how K N Industries ("K N Industries", "we", "us" or "our"), GSTIN 33AFBPJ8394L1Z2, of 31/17, 1st Street, JG Nagar, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641602, India, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with Kamna, including the website kamna.app and the Kamna applications (together, the "Service").

It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under them.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal data that we process as a Data Fiduciary, namely personal data of visitors to our website, of our customers' account holders and authorised users, and of anyone in contact with us.

Data that a customer or its authorised users submit to the Service ("Customer Data") is processed by us as a Data Processor, on the customer's behalf and in accordance with our Terms of Service. The customer is the Data Fiduciary for Customer Data and is responsible for its lawful collection and use.

• Payment information: records of transactions. Payment card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment service providers.
